Missing items from order. Avoid this place. They constantly miss items and cannot read a ticket. Completely missed Parmesan chicken in the entire order, and green onions. Barely a light sprinkle of feta cheese. I would be embarrassed to be the store manager.

Music is great. Store clean. Brady was awesome. Great customer service. Drove over 2.5hrs to eat here and it was worth it.

wanted to try this place. first time here and I could say that it’s super mid. Nothing stood out, the portion size was rather small for the price. I would skip this place and just either cook at home or maybe go to the happy hour at Olive Garden, or honestly, Denny’s is better than this. Order the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, which was super bland, and the Caesar salad, which was overly sauce to the point where I can barely taste the greens. Service was good and attentive so that was my only plus for this place.

I typically love noodles and company but this location is severely mismanaged and unorganized. i came here on mother’s day and will never come again. i waited 30 minutes for an order of just a basic cheesy mac! When i went to ask about it, it was clear that my order was just sitting there and they didn’t realize it. the woman who i assumed was the manager looked embarrassed but didn’t even have the decency to apologize or even look at me. That is just awful customer service. not to mention the place was dirty! in the 30 minutes i waited, i watched as multiple dirty tables stayed dirty.

We’ve been to Noodles Factory a few times and always enjoy it. Every Tuesday, kids eat free with an adult meal, which is a great deal for families! My son had chicken, broccoli, and apple juice, and he loved it. I had the lemon shrimp tomato noodles, and they were really tasty. The food is delicious, the portions are good, and the price is very reasonable. We only paid $15.03 for both meals! Highly recommend for a family-friendly meal!
